How to Create 6-Figure Systems
As someone who runs a 6-figure business on part time hours I have been able to create this through implementing systems, strategies and processes that allow me to automate tasks in my business to free up my time while ensuring efficiency.
I have a few tools I like to use in my business (most free or low cost) and today I’m sharing them with you!
Here’s a list of the tools I use to run my business and how I use them:
Asana (free version)
I use Asana as my business dashboard and automated to-do list. I used to be one of those people that had a crazy long to-do list and what’s funny is that I wasn’t making the money to match it. It wasn’t until I cut out the tasks that were just busy work and focused on the tasks that were truly growing my business that I saw growth. I then automated those tasks in Asana and now focus only on those. I don’t waste time creating a long to-do list every day. Instead, I log in to Asana to my already created to-do list each day. And the tasks are usually only 3-5 tasks per day (if that). I don’t fill my time with busy work, I fill it with focused work.
Slack (free version)
This is my communication platform with clients. I use this to send messages and announcements to clients as well as to provide them with daily coaching support. We send audios and text messages and files. This allows me to have ONE central place for communication and I can check it daily when I am available to provide support.
I LOVE this platform. It is a one-time payment and then you get lifetime access. This is where I create checkout pages, automate payments, have my courses dashboard, etc. It also has an affiliate platform and is releasing a community platform as well. I have used this for years and it makes collecting payments a breeze. I don’t chase money in my business, I just show up to do my work and payments automatically come to me.
Acuity (paid)
This is my call booking platform and it makes my life so easy! It allows me to open up my availability for clients and for them to book calls with me. I have it integrated with my calendar and Zoom so when someone books a calendar invite and zoom link are automatically created and sent to us both. No going back and forth, just easy booking.
FloDesk (paid)
I recently switched to flodesk for my email platform and so far I am enjoying it. It’s very user friendly and aesthetic.
These are the main tools I currently use to run my business. Do you use any of these?
