My Business Model for 2026

Every time I start to approach a new year there are a few things I like to ask myself about my business model:

What did I like about my offers this year?

What didn’t I like?

What sold well?

What aligns most with what I want to create for the new year?

Asking myself these questions allows my to analyze both what worked for the business and what worked for me and also consider what I want to continue into the new year and create for the new year.

And as someone who has been coaching for over a decade, I have found that one of the most successful ways to scale is through continuing to do what is working. Keeping what works, improving it and getting rid of what isn’t.

The repetition creates success.

It’s not always about reinventing the wheel. It’s about keeping foundation and pivoting if/when needed.
